I established my company to meet the growing need for business consultants with a strong knowledge of technology. The following are examples of the business operations areas worked with:

HR Technology Management: Conduct/support client payroll, HRIS and other HR documentation systems across multiple enterprise and PC platforms (Windows 10, 8.1, 7, XP, NT and Microsoft servers). Train users how to access and update their information within the systems and train managers how to leverage HR technologies for the management of their personnel management throughout the complete employment lifecycle.

Personnel Management: Conduct/Support recruiting, management and training and development processes for various types of clients, businesses and personnel (from fast food franchises with a majority of staff members who are teens to various businesses, small and large, with multi-generational staff members).

Compliance Management: Conduct/Support development of organizational HR and Operations policies, procedures, training programs and materials, including Employee Handbooks, management guides, end user manuals and other documentation in accordance with various industry, franchise and regulatory requirements or best practices.
